Unfortunately, we do not offer tracking for same-day deliveries.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
 

Please allow 3-5 working days for your parcel to arrive, as we sometimes experience unexpected delays and high order volumes.

Can I reserve an item that is currently out of stock?
 

We are not able to reserve out-of-stock items for any clients. Please check the app regularly to see if the item is back in stock.

Strictly no add-ons or changes can be made to your order once it has been placed on the app.
