1. Orders and Changes

All orders must be placed through our website/app. Once an order has been submitted, it is considered final. Strictly no add-ons, changes, or modifications can be made to an order after it has been placed.

2. Payment

We accept payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) / Bank Transfer.

2.1. Payment Process: To complete your purchase, please follow these steps:

  1. Make a transfer using the following bank details:

    • Bank: Discovery Bank

    • Account Number: 11373809167

    • Account Type: Savings

    • Branch Code: 679000

    • Reference: Please use your unique Order Number as the payment reference.

  2. Email your proof of payment to dreambodyana.co.za@gmail.com.

2.2. Order Processing: Your order will only be processed and dispatched once we have received and confirmed your proof of payment. To secure your items, payment and proof of payment must be sent within seven (7) days of placing the order.

2.3. Order Cancellation: Orders that remain unpaid for more than seven (7) days will be automatically cancelled without notice.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Delivery Timeframe: Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered. We are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or high order volumes.

3.2. Same-Day Delivery Tracking: We do not offer tracking services for same-day deliveries at this time.

4. Products and Stock Availability

4.1. Out-of-Stock Items: We are not able to reserve any items that are currently listed as "out of stock." Customers are encouraged to check the website/app regularly for updates on stock availability.
