Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how we handle the shipping and delivery of your orders. This policy is part of our main Terms and Conditions.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

Once your order is placed and we have received your full payment and proof of payment, we will begin processing it.

Our standard dispatch time is 3-5 business days from the date of confirmed payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Out-of-Stock Items

In the event that an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, our standard dispatch time may be delayed.

If this occurs, we will contact you directly via the email address provided with your order to notify you of the situation. We will provide you with options, which may include waiting for the item to be restocked, choosing an alternative product, or processing a refund for the out-of-stock item. Your order will not be dispatched until we have received your instructions.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 3-5 working days for the parcel to arrive. Please note that we are not liable for any shipping delays caused by the courier service, unforeseen circumstances, or high order volumes.

4. Same-Day Delivery

​

We may offer a same-day delivery service for certain locations. Please note that tracking services are not available for same-day deliveries at this time.
